Daily Life...
My parents. They don't like me to use the computer for too long. Well, to be specific, they don't like me to use the computer for more than 1 hour.I don't understand this. It seems to me that they don't want me to be addicted to the computer and neglect everything else. Or maybe they don't like me to talk too much on MSN, like communicating with friends for good measure, and that they don't want me to think that friends come first before family. What is that supposed to mean? Am I not allowed to make friends and just be a bookworm at home studying like a nerd? Or is it that they think students of ITE are not the kind or people I should mix with and that I should be alone and shut myself out from the world out there?
Nevermind that now, because while you're think of that, I'll talk about something else. I saw this lime-green Lamborghini Gallardo (pronounced Guy-Ar-Doh, don't know why) Spyder at Times Square, outside Millenia Walk. I went to ask my dad to see if it belonged to his friend, and guess what, there's good news and bad news. What would you like to here first?Well, good news is, it really belonged to his friend. Bad news is that the owner was't around and that his wife
drove it here to attend a conference. My dad tried to contact his wife, and.... just one minute later, she came and opened the door! I was so happy, so my dad talked to her for a while before she had to go for some appointment. I never got to sit inside though, sitting inside is already a very good thing, but i just made do by watching from the outside as she placed her new luggage and her matching lime-green handbag on the passenger seat - the boot space is the same size as my school bag. I watched her started the engine, and i was a little frightened as i didn't expect the exhaust noise to be that loud. Then my dad told me his friend made some changes to the exhaust or the engine, he wasn't sure himself.Ah well, I hope to own one of these exotic toys too. I know Jeremy Clarkson owns one, so I'll be the next, too.=)
None of which matters to us <3.
