Daily Life...

Time passes by so quickly when you don't even know it, but passes so slowly when you know it.

Anyway, I'm about o take my Basic Theory Test for driving which in turn i can get my Provisional Driving License (PDL), which allows you to learn to drive on the road, instead of just driving around in circles in the test track (DREARY!).

I was recalling some of the stuff that was written in Clarkson on Cars just now and to find that some of the things said were kind of logical. I mean, for example, in the chapter Clarkson's Highway Code. And if you look into the "Pedestrians" section and it says :" Run them down. Pedestrians must learn that they don't pay road tax and have no right to be milling around on something that isn't theirs.". Sounds logical to me, because even though there are enforced laws which says that jaywalkers will be fined and drivers have to bear the blame, people still cross the road like that are walking across their living rooms.

Then there is another one, "Speed Cameras" :" When you encounter a sign saying speed cameras are in operation, you can be assured of one thing. There are no speed cameras for a hundred miles, just a few grey boxes with flash guns in them. Drive very, very fast indeed to prove to the locals that the experiment isn't working." Sounds fine to me though. So far the only car i know that has managed to escape the evil eyes of a speed trap is the Koenigsegg CCR, doing 242mph.

My parents are telling me to shut down my computer. -_-"

Talk again on the next chapter.

=)

None of which matters to us <3.
