Three Days...

It is really not that difficult to write 3 days worth of activities in 1 post, but it is difficult to make it simpler to digest.

So, on last Saturday, I went for my dental appointment at Alexandra Hospital. Its just a half-yearly check on my retainers I'm on. Doctor says everything is fine and I only had to come back when I have any problems with the retainers. Then it came the scaling, which should be done once every year, seem so scary. And doctor says I have to keep my teeth clean so my gums don't bleed so much.

After which I suggested visiting the Land Rover showroom which is in the same building as the Ford and Peugeot showroom. Thumping the lift up from basement to first, came the Ford show room where I'm stunned to see a Ford GT sitting in front of the is the main entrance!!! It looked so cool!!! No doubt its the Ford GT!!! Well, sorry for being carried away, but because I'm told that even though it's only in left-hand-drive, it is sold in Singapore and it is the only unit here!!! And don't think you could try your luck elsewhere, because Ford has stopped making the GT, intended only as a limited edition model. What's more, it costs only about S$400, 000, minus the COE and other taxes. Not too bad for something that is built to beat the Ferrari F430.
Then came the Mondeo, which is equally cool. I expected it to be rubbish, for I always thought the Ford Mondeo was just another everyday car, and it just so isn't. The cabin quality is very good, very nice. Big boot. Good engines. A keyless entry remote that allows you to open all windows and the sunroof as you unlock it. REALLY SOLID. It even comes with 7 airbags, normally seen in a top-of-the-range Mercedes-Benz. Good value for money too!!! Starts from S$ 107, 888.

Proceeding to the next level and you find a Range Rover Sport sitting on an artificial pond at the entrance. That is the showroom for Land Rover. I just wanted to check if there are any 1:18 scale models to purchase for home display, only to find that those on their display cabinet are not for sale and have to be purchased outside. -_-". But i still managed to get a good look of the Freelander 2 (Called the LR2 in the U.S.) and the Range Rover models.

Range Rover Sport... See the Difference???

Moving on. I was supposed to meet Marcus at Serangoon yesterday to play LAN. We had agreed to meet at the station at 1p.m. So I texted him many times to tell him where I am, but to no avail.

One hour later, and still no Marcus. So i told him that I'll leave if he doesn't appear anytime soon. And I did. Then I started thinking if I had wasted my day out. I hung around Orchard Road and in every 15 minutes I feel like exploding in anger, as I thought Marcus was lying to me. Then, about 4 hours later, a sudden suggestion came along and I decided to ring up Michelle to see if she could meet me at Orchard because I felt so miserable with no one else to turn to. She said she could come after church to meet me at Plaza Singapura, as she and her roommate were thinking of watching the movie "Wanted". So in 2 hours, she appear at The Cathay, but the tickets to the movie were sold out. So our only option was to watch the 8.45p.m. show at Plaza Singapura.

Her roommate is very nice, although she was a little shy because of the pimple on her nose. Other than that, we exchanged a lot of information between Singapore and their country, The Philippines, and daily affairs over our dinner at Yoshinoya.

8.45p.m. came and the seats to the movie were open. We grabbed a couple of drinks and nachos before going in. As usual, there were trailers and advertisements. After what seems like 10 years, the movie. The film was very interesting, I like seeing Angelina Jolie driving that Dodge Viper SRT10. It's also action-packed and filled with suspense. There might be a second sequel to it, as the ending seem to suggest.

Today, waking up a little early and just turned on the TV. The PS3 is still not repair and I have to find another day to take it to Wisma Atria for servicing. I had my driving lesson at 2.35pm, which the weather is so freaking HOT that the air-conditioning is not cold enough to cool the cabin. And as usual, I drove a little too fast that my instructor did not say anything at all throughout, except the last part where I forgot to drop to third at was cornering too fast. That is a mistake which could hint an immediate failure. Overall, my instructor said I was a little impatient, like my last lesson on Saturday. He did say its okay to drive like that when i have my license, but for now I'm just a learner.
Took these for fun... Boring...

I hope to spend my holidays more wisely, and not just about "shouting" it all.

=)

None of which matters to us <3.
